In lacing machine, if the needle could mot move the thread properly, how do you slove it?

1. Adjust the needle position

2. You could check if the speed and action of the needle and nozzle are not synchronous, you could adjust the endoder,

Actually for changing tooling of the lacing machine, if OD difference is big, adjust the stroke by move the base forward or backward

If the stack height is changed, adjust the needle position to make sure that the needle is about 1.0mm higher than the stator and not touch the stator, also the needle is in the middle of the stator slot,
