Alibaba is really good at tranining people, while the teachers are good sales people, they have many skills in the sales, and they put their heart and energy in the job.

Before the trainning course, I think of that,  and after the training, I found some parts of the training is really not acceptalbe,

Becaue some members act o be the dumb person, and some act deaf person,  the dumb person guide the deaf person to walk a road, while the road is built by people's boby, I don't know what they want to express, but I think this part is not good.
