In stator winding machine oil is not rise up
Please input oil dipping action no.in the touching screen, open the electric cabinet. Taking universal electric meter to measure the voltage of contactor---wire UL,VL,WL alternatively. Provided their value is similar and within 380-400V. It verifies the oil pump is ok. Otherwise the pump was burnt.----pls replace it.
If Oil pump is ok, pls refer to fuse. From right to left, pls use universal electric meter to measure the voltage 4th to 6th. If voltage within 380-400 V is there. The circuit is ok. Otherwise, replace any abnormal fuse.
