How we adjust the thickness of stator powder coating
Theorily speaking,coating thickness is adjustable by setting temperature and coating period. Practically speaking, it has direct relationship with the powder property. If the powder is limited to fast curing property, the coating thickness could be adjusted too but the coating suface is not perfect (the surface might be a little rough).
