Balance Value Difference Between Two Armature Balancing Machine ND-DH-5Z

 
We study your datas and found that actually both machines have no problem with the balance armature,this means both machine are ok for balancing.Only unbalance aramture has some difference which is not much matter.We give some suggestions as below:
Issue 1:New machine has higher test value.
1.Change the supporting part of new machine to same as old machine's ceramic bar. (See attached photo)
Note:The two supporting parts have different supporting way,new machine is surface contact,ceramic bar(old machine) is point contact. Ceramic bar is more wearable but it hurt shaft more if big armature because of point contact.
2.The set on the screen of distance between two V block should be same as practical,means the three distance value:a(left V block center to left weight adding point),b(left weight adding point to right weight adding point),c(right weight adding point to right V block center) should be same as practical,also the armature placing position.Compare old and new machine if they are same.
3.Check and adjust the height of V blocks if they make the armature in horizontal position or not. Make the contact joint between shaft and V block in good soomth finish,add some lubrication if in need.
4. Make the positioning resistance of old and new machine same,feel it by rotating the armatures.
Issue 2: New machine takes more time for unbalance reducing than old machine.
Try to change motor speed to define the position slot no. on screen(it will change according to motor speed):normally the position slot no. value is 2-3 less than armature slots no
