ND-LAW-5B2 Armature winding machine touch screen only show data
The winding machine's monitor doesn't respond when turning on but shows only data, there is nothing I can select as there is on menu bar shown,
Please check the situation of 6 lights POWER、RUN、ERR/ALM、INT、BKUP、PRPHL,
Whether they are on or off or flickering, if they are on, what is the color, red or yellow?
Please take picture and describe sperately for the 6 lights.
And please check the two parts related to PLC and touch scree well inserted,
When turn on the power, the green light color of POWER and RUN are ON and the digit number 12 is appear about 1 second and then disappear. I've already checked the two parts related to PLC and touch screen well inserted
From your picture and video, we detect that PLC is in normal condition,
Please follow below step to check,
1. Please measure the ac voltage of touch screen, if the voltage between + and - are 24V, if lower than this, it is unnormal
2. There is a cable which link PLC and touch screen, could you get a new cable and change it, because if the voltage is 24V,
then it should be the cable problem
