'PLC No response' in armature winding machine ND-LAW-5B2
Question: There will two servo driver showed 'Err 11', and the screen showed 'Err11'
Solution: The whole circuit is General power supply --- General air switch --- Transformer --- Fuse --- Separate air switch ,
Please follow below step to check,
1. Please measure the three terminal of air swith which is at lefft side of the amplifier,
Both amplifier gave out Err 11, measure their left side three terminal voltage, the normal data shoulbe be 230V
2. From Separate air switch trace back to General power supply, please check them one by one to find which place is loss
phase,
3. After that, in power on condition, please hold the terminal which is connect to separate air swith one by one, pull it gently to
check if it is lossing,
If you found there is loosing, please power off, then fixten the terminal,
