ND-DH-5Z ARMATURE BALACNING MACHINE
Question:
There is an intermittent problem in Balancing machine. The machine is working normally and during the normal process, all of a sudden it shows the following value: Left side 35 and Right Side 65.
After Switching OFF and restarting, then it is working normally and the values are decreasing.
Why this inconsistency problem?
Answer:
The intermittent problem might come from the not well ground connection,
Bad ground connection might have electromagnetic interference to the measuring,
Please check if the ground connection is good or not?
If the ground connection is good, please turn to commissioning status, and check if the value Left side 35 and Right Side 65 is change or not

Question:
We have checked the ground connection ,it is less than 1Volt, Also during this problem, the commissioning status shows ZERO value.
Please cut off the power and open the cabinet, there are two piece 4067 intergarated chip,
Please take a photo because they have assembly direction, then pull out the 2pcs 4067 chip,
And check if the problem will happen or not,
Please run the machine without the chip, and check if the abnormal situation happen or not,
If machine turn to normal, you could leave 2pcs chip there and keep it, run machine without them,
Please take photo of direction of chip before you disassemble them,
