How to solve the problem in single side lacing machine ND-DB100
Question: 1. The nozzle touch the wire
2. The indexing is not in home position
Answer:
The machine problem may caused by two reason,
1. The indexing home position is not in original home position
2. The needle is protected by machine protection
To slove the problem, please follow below step:
1) Turn to 'Manul control', press 'Indexing clockwise '
then turn to 'Auto control' to see if the machine find indexing home positon automatically
(The need in middle of the coil, don't hit the coil)
2) If by step 1) the home positon is good and needle come in and out of the coil in middle palce, don't hit coil
Then you need not to adjust the home position,
If by step 1) the needle still hit the coil,not in positon, please follow the video to adjust the original positon

As the video is in Chinese, I explained as below
3) If needle not in middle of coil, turn to 'Manul control', press 'Indexing clockwise'
then loose the two screw on video time 00.47~00:50 ,
then rotate the tooling to adjust to let the needle in middle postion of slot, this is the original home positon,
4) After you find the original postion, please let the needle forward till it could not forward from time 01:36,
the needle and swing , their positon are like time 02:02, then adjust the machine as video showed,
5) After that press'Reset'
Please follow above steps to slove the problem,
