ND-TS-1A Stator winding machine tap issue

Question:

In our stator winding, all days we used 23.5 & 23 SWG aluminum wire and have no problems. Last couple of weeks we introduced 22 SWG Aluminum wire which got cut during Loop taking at middle of winding.

We wind 170 + 30 Turns in stator. After 170 turns we need to take Loop wire, then wind 30 turns. This is normal Operation.

In NIDE stator winder after 170 turns of wind while machine taking loop wire the wire got cut during start of “loop taking” itself.  We tried to adjust winding tension and there is no improvement.

Pls advice how to proceed further . attached find tensioner photo

Solution:

There is no shortcut to solve this problem. You have to spare time in the commissioning.

But through the commissioning, you could pay attention to 2 points:

(1)Pls keep slow speed for the loop part

(2)Pls keep the wire nozzle to be upward in the moment of loop taking.
