Powder coating machine cycle stop problem
Question:
1. cycle stop function. we are tighten all electrical connection & Check but the cycle stop meter working few times then automatic not working. The power coating function ok but vibration continue.
2. Voltmeter & ammeter on Panel not working. The heating Ok but on panel voltmeter & ammeter not showing.
Solution:
1. Please change the two relay KT6 and KT3 ( time relay KT6 and powder coating time relay KT3 ), and check,
2. Please check the wire connection of voltmeter & ammeter as attached photo, the should be well connected
and please also check other related wires,
