ND-LAW-2 Armature Winding Machine
Question: We found the second amplifier show'AL 20'
Solution:
The middle amplifier is for right flier, the problem might come from machine mechanical parts blocked or phase loose or short circuit,
Please follow below steps to check,
1. Switch off the power, then try to rotate the right flier motor with your hand, in normal condition, it should be smooth,
If you felt there is resistance, please check if there is something block the motor
2. If sometimes the right flier motor run smooth, then you felt resistance, you rotate, then it become smooth again, then resistance,
Repeat regularly, please check the motor cable on both side, the UVW might loose or break or short circuit,
Question:
Rotate the right flier as you advised.It is in normal condition.Then shake the encoder wire. Then display shows servo motor fault.
Solution:
On the right flier motor, there is two aerial linker, one is 4 holes, the other is mutiple holes,
Please check the one with mutiple holes, if it have wire loosening or welding head loosening,
Please try to find and check it as the responsible engineer is on business trip and he could not take a photo to show now,
