The are two methods to slove hook missing problem:

Put on the armature, have a  check if the position of armature and hook tooling is alignment,

Method 1: Adjust the hook tooling a little clockwise or  anti-clockwise (based on the situation) after loosening the screws;

Method 2: Adjust the indexing value with 1 degree plus or minus( based on the situation) 

It means each time 1 degree, and the formula for related second, third, forth indexing value you had recorded.
