Please check the sensor on left side of the machine as attached photo,
1. The problem might be caused by the wrong position of that sensor.
Because this sensor is using for the rotation and the rotation is depend upon the motor speed. In every rotation the sensor should be on.
2. Please set the speed in speed 1 then check this problem happened or not. Bcoz as per the video the speed is in “Speed 3” but some time it become “speed 2”,
So please check it in speed 1 if the same problem happen or not also.

From it we see the COM is blinking, while it should be always on constant glow.
Back side of the PLC cabinet there is a connector,please open the cabibet and check the connector is loose or not
I enclose a pitcure example which is from Other machine. But back side of the plc cabinet there have this kind of connector.
This connector connected with PLC in the Electrical cabinet, please properly tight both the connector,
