ND-LAW-2 Armature winding machine problem solution
One of the flyers stops working after 15 – 20 minutes and needs to be reset to start again
Left flyer stops, the error no.21 appears. Correct?
Then your engineer tighten the encoder wire of left flyer, and do the reset every time while the left flyer stops, finally the machine runs well. Correct?
In this case, pls ask your engineer to exchange the encoder wire of left flyer and right flyer.
If the problem goes alternatively to right flyer following the encoder wire, I will send you new encoder wire;
If the problem still stay in the left flyer, pls let me know in return.
left (indexing),middle (left flyer), right (right flyer).
We exchange the encoder wire from left flyer to right flyer,and after that the problem went alternatively to right flyer.The another problem is armature connection is not proper.Our engineer already discussed with your engineer about the problem.A circuler sparking generated around the commutators after assy and it is only due to wrong connection.It may be possible due to reverse winding rotation of armatures.
