ND-SDN-75Z is a fusing machine for welding the commutator and the winding of armature. It use Mitsubishi PLC and touch screen to control the welding action, Japanese original Miyachi welding controller device to control the welding current, LED display of welding current, the specification number, welding time, etc. Three sections to energize, the current rise and down slowly and progressively, and there are three control modes for option, Primary constant current feedback control, secondary constant current feedback control, the power supply voltage compensation , could record welding points and production output. It is also applied to high welding quality requirement motor such as micro-motor, motorcycle motor, auto motor and so one. It could select suitable welding current for each section to achieve high quality welding.
