We sent documents to Brazil customer on middle of June, and till July he didn't get it, this never happend before,

We doubt there is CD in the document, before you send something to Brazil now, please inquiry the receiver if it the goods are permited to be imported,

    请各位知悉并相互转告，在寄出巴西件之前请发货人务必通知收件人先向当地海关了解清楚货件是否符合进口要求，否则货件到达当地后因当地海关不允许进口而被强制退回的话，所产生的一切延误及费用均由发货人承担
